I commenced working at Realtors International Bothasig in 1996, when it was still Sun Real Estate. I started as a selling agent & eventually qualified as a fully pledged agent under the guidance & personal supervision of Mr. Rob Norval (Principal/Director of the company). My work sphere eventually changed to take over the rental division at Realtors International. I had completed my RPL certificate (Further Education & Training), as well as other adhoc courses relating to Real Estate in my 16 years at Realtors International.

I have collated a vast number of skills & experiences while working at Realtors International & I've become an enriched & knowledgeable person with a wealth of collective experience. I've always been an enthusiastic, vibrant, responsible, process driven & an efficient worker. I've always been an eager & fast learner, always willing to learn from my colleagues & superiors to help me broaden my horizon. I've thus been able to be successful in accomplishing all my tasks, whilst working in an unsupervised environment. I love taking on new challenges, as I enjoy resolving problem aspects. I've always strived to be one step ahead by forecasting & looking for possible glitches or any aspects that could affect business performance. I enjoy experimenting with the latest technologies, thus benchmarking my performance components in order to measure its sustainable limits.

By acquiring my RPL certificate (Further Education & Training), allowed to assist me in growing even further within my chosen career & allowed me to share my knowledge to all who add value to our estate agency. I feel with my experience & knowledge, I benefited the company, as I always ensured that all my goals are met according to my work portfolio, thus improving the efficiency of our company, until all the required levels have been met.

Being employed at Realtors International in the capacity of rental and selling agent, I have attained my RPL against the following Qualification: Further Education & Training Certificate; Real Estate N.Q.F. Level 4 & Residential Rentals Course; Communication Skills; Exclusive Sole Mandate; Setting goals & working to achieve them.
